Facial Designs Permanent Cosmetics offers an opportunity to get your permanent makeup done at a greatly reduced rate.  Training classes are one-on-one training so each model receives individual attention.  Fees are reduced in appreciation for working with student professionals and to cover minimal material costs.  The highest quality pigments and products are used and strict OSHA guidelines are followed and taught to each student.
